Denied access.......

Please check and see why my friend (user name: "erwin") is being denied access to the forums when he logs in with his user name and password. When he first joined the forums, early December, he had no trouble. Now when he logs in he gets a message "Not allowed". He has sent several emails trying to correct this but no one will answer him. Can we get this straightened out? He is having withdrawal symtoms already

He changed his email address and didn't reactivate his profile. He needs to check his email for the activation codes and reactivate before he'll be able to get in again.
