Differances between Chinook I & II?

Just got a Chinook II today. The box is marked C63GPS ....Chinook.
Under Chinook is LD.
It is CPM-S30V & has James a Keatings signature on the blade.
All in all a very nice knife>
What are the differances between I & II ?
