Disc sander suggestions needed

I could use some help in picking a new piece of equipment. I need a good disc sander, preferably a 9" so I can use sheet paper.
It needs to have a REALLY good table because I am looking for a true 90 deg angle (Or very close). Also for doing the flats.

Ideas

I am trying to stay under $200 if I can.

CS, WHY DON'T YOU BUILD YOUR OWN. OUT OF EVERYTHING, I HAVE BUILT, A DISC SANDER IS THE EASIEST. BE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST A 1/2 HP MOTOR, REVERSIBLE, AND 1750 TO 2000 RPM. I HAVE 4 AND WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT ANY OF THEM. IF YOU WANT TO TRY AND BUILD ONE GIVE ME AN EMAIL AND I WILL TRY TO HELP.
