Could you folks give me some sort of idea for how long it usually takes Brian to get stuff out, assuming he doesn't have to back order it or something? I placed an order for a surefire last monday, the 24th. It's been 10 days, but not 10 business days. But then again, I live in PA, so it's not like it has to go all that far. Just looking for some kind of idea of reaction time.

My experience with Brian was next day shipping. However, I had already emailed Brian to make sure the knife was in stock, and when he replied that it was, emailed him again to let him know that my order had been placed on his website. That might have skewed my results, but I believe it's typical of his efforts.

Best bet is to send Brian an email asking about the status of your order.

I have only ordered from Brian three times. I also emailed him (sometimes more than once) until I could find out if the item was in stock and then placed the order via the web page. All three shipments went out the next day and reached me by the 3rd day. My guess is your item is not in stock. He is hard to get a hold of, but does seem to ship things as fast as possible.

It has been two months since he charged my credit card and I still have not seen one of the knives I've ordered. It took about three weeks to get the rest of my order which was placed at the beginning of December.

I emailed Brian a few times about 2 6P's and bulbs and with some other stuff. I think he has a hard time getting Surefires. I finally got everything I needed at www.botach.com . The 6P's at the time were $45 a piece and 10 packs of Duracell lithiums for $30.
