Hello I have seen some DIY Kydex sheath in this forum.
#1.Can someone show a tutorial with pictures?
My main problem is to get the shape of the knife into the Kydex sheet.
Heating how much, over the knive, how to avoid damage it...?.
#2.BK&T10 is available,dimensions and weight?

There used to be a good tutorial with pics a little while ago, but I looked for it the other day and all the pics had been taken off of it--I should've saved it.

Dave's right, though--ShopTalk ought to get you a lot of answers.

As for getting the shape of the knife, I bought some foam from Texas Knife Supply that's used for shaping kydex, although there's a lot of people who've just gone out and found other material that works well. You can heat the kydex at around 325 degrees in the oven for about 4-6 minutes to get it pliable, but when I left it longer (i.e. when I forgot about it), it would fold over on itself and mold itself together.
