Does anyone have experience with this ceramic sharpening system?

Dexter Russell 3 Rod. The rods are course, medium and smooth and can be replaced for about $7-8 a piece. I don't know the exact grit/courseness of the rods. You can use it flat as pictured, or stand it on end. Just wondering if anyone has used one. I don't have much experience with the ceramic sharpeners. Thanks!
