Double Sheath for 2 Knives ???

Hi Friends,

I just got sent over here from the knife maker's forum. Can any of you guys suggest how to, or direct me to info to, make double sheaths for sets of two knifes? Something along the lines of my sketch below. I'd like it to snug fit both knives (not use tie-downs), but am not sure how to accomplish that.

Looks like the smaller blade's sheath is wet molded and then sewn on top.
I have not made any of this type, but I am sure someone will come along with first hand knowledge.

I'm sure someone will be by soon to show you Mr. Swivelknife's version of a double barrel....I call it a two-seater.....:thumbup:

This style might be easier to accomplish Than the style you sketched. It will also lay flatter on the side.
