The highest compliment that I can give these knives is that they have replaced the Gerber LST as my thank you knives.Every once in a while I'd feel the need to thank somebody and if it seemed appropriate - I'd give 'em a small folder as a thank you.
Everything on these small KaBar's works - good steel -have yet to encounter one with any mechanical problems - just a useful tool.
For the 20-25 buck range they typically sell for - you're gettin a solid dollar of knife value for every buck you paid.

I did like the Dozier Thorn folders. They were the closest manual folder I'd seen to the Broadhead auto folders that I really, really wish I could legally carry. Of course, I can't even remember who makes that particular model.
