DPX Hest ordering problem

If you've ordered a DPX HEST knife from dpxgear.com, it appears there is a problem with the website. I logged on earlier today at about 1:50 after I had gotten my email from them, and placed an order for knives numbered as #5 & #6. I just found out another user here on the forum logged on today as well and bought #6 himself. And the website is still showing number six as available. God knows how many times the HEST knife number six has been sold today.

I've emailed both comebackalive.com & ratcutlery.com support to notify them of the problem. As of now I have not heard back from anyone.

Just an FYI for anyone logging on to purchase a HEST knife. You probably don't want to pick number six. I hear it will be HEST knives at 20 paces to determine the real winner.

Best regards, Les.

The folks over at RYP's forums actually have reserved some numbers through RYP himself.

I emailed Pelton and they are aware of this glitch. No worries. The web gurus are working on it.

That has nothing to do with this issue.
no, but you mentioned yesterday you ordered a couple low numbers and Pelton did say he was keeping 1 thru 5 for himself so this glitch you are experiencing now tells me that you shouldn't hold your breath for the numbers you thought you did have if that makes sense.

here is the quote from Robert
• Price for the numbered knife (#6 through #250) will be $139.95 plus shipping and handling. I have the first five for my personal use. The web site will allow you to select numbers

Thanks Jeff. I actually got an email from Robert in Dubai. He said he had contacted the web folks and they were working on it.

Best regards,

Les.
