DVD / PC training for MS Project and Access?

All,

Does anyone have a reco for a good training DVD for (1) MS Access 2007 and (2) MS Project 2007?

I have used TotalTraining in the past for Photoshop but they don't have anything for the 2 above.

Lynda.com is very highly thought of in general. They have free movie tutorials for Access basics and you can also subscribe for full access as well as access to hundreds of other tutorials. Also have Project videos. Worth checking out. :thumbup:
