East Coat Show-March

I asked Mary that question last week (after asking her where/when I could expect my 5 year old knife order) and she said they wouldn't be in NY in March. I believe the show is March 10th(Fri)through noon on the 12th (Sun).
Since there won't be an Emerson table to gather around, Emerson forumites going there should pick a rallying point to meet at so that we can show off our wares, and maybe trade a bit if so inclined.

Yes, I will be at the show, but with out a table. This does not mean I will be coming empty handed.
Found 3 CQC6's this week (you know I keep hearing these are hard to get). One belongs to someone else (for now). The other two are in bound. Sorry guys they are already spoken for.
However, I have gotten a line on a few other desirable knives. Ill let you know how that pans out.
Called a place today that advertised they had a CQC7. I asked them the price, the salesman proudly said $157.00. I said oh its a factory knife. I told him I was looking for the custom version. He didnt even know Emerson made one.
JBravo, you best figure out a place outside the room to meet. That show is pretty tight quarters. I look forward to meeting some of you face to face and relieving you of your Emerson's. <G>
Yes JB, you are correct about the opening time and dates. As for hurrying to get in and look around. You realize I will be in before all of you, have bought every Emerson in the place. LOL
Actually, my plane doesnt even land until 11:30. So save a couple for me.

Hey Les,
It kind of stinks that your're not going to have a table. I usually look for your table first. If you can, please post as to what your're bringing or will have available for the show. That way I & everyone else will know to at least save some money for your goodies. I'm assuming that your going to be their Friday? I only have Friday to be at the show as I'm leaving NY for Keystone for about a week. Kind of stinks, a custom show in my own town & I won't really be around for it.
Oh as for those interested in meeting at the show. If memory serves me correctly, there is a area just outside of the hall by the elevators with chairs & tables which would be perfect for a meeting place.Or I could be thinking of the other hotel.
