Ek belt buckle knife?

Hi, new guy here with a question. There is a belt buckle knife for sale on eBay but I have never heard of the Ek company making or selling belt buckle knives. The seller claims they bought it in unfinished condition 30 years ago in Miami but does not have a receipt and because it was unfinished when purchased it is not marked in any way. It looks similar to a Bowen belt buckle knife. I've never heard of an Ek buckle knife.
 
Guy said he bought direct from Ek when he was a teenager in Miami just before Ek died. I can't imagine Ek selling an unfinished knife.
 
Looks like a Bowen. New, they are less than a third of the price that guy wants for it. I'd pass.
 
Plus, lots of jurisdictions that even have relaxed knife laws do not allow belt buckle knives or other concealed method knives so make sure you can carry it if you plan on buying one and carrying it too. Belt buckles knives are specifically mentioned in my state and local laws.
