I have a CQC7 with wave that needs to be adjusted. I'm wondering how hard the knife will be to put back together if I take it apart. I also want to know if it will void any waranty to disasemble it?

Disassembling your CQC7 will not void the warranty. You'll also find the construction pretty simple.
