Emerson Marvel comics collaberation?

I noticed in the break room at work that somebody left out a Punisher comic (march 2012) and well being a bit of a geek, I flipped through it and ran across a CQC 13.

So, what's up? Is there going to be a special edition Punisher series?

The map portion was just due to the picture being a bit blurry. I was just still caught off guard about it. Well off to buy more punisher comic!

Back around 1990 there was a short run of a marvel comic called The Punisher Armory. The entire issues were page after page of various gear. I like the product placement approach better.
