HaHa...I meant the Emerson Commander.
I got the 2000 version, I used to have a Commander, but I gave it away to a friend of mine, then I was collecting other knives, and looked upon Emerson knives as users, not collectors, now I have changed the way I view them, and I am starting to collect them as well.
Currently I have:
Specwar Tanto 2000
CQC 7 Tanto(Benchmade version)
Commander 2000
Sark 2000
La Griffe
with plenty more to come, including:
Mach-1
CQC 7 Tanto(Emerson version)
on order:
SOCFK Tanto
all of which are, and will be Black Titanium Coated, half serrated versions, with mirror polished screws and clips(done by myself)
but... WOW~! even though I had a Commander before, I am still amazed by its looks, it is really sexy...with all its huge curves...
no wonder it has such a huge following...
you guys better be careful when declaring yourself as an EMERSON collector in case some stupid government member reckons that Emerson Knives are becoming a cult icon, and classes Emerson Knife Inc
as a cult group, making it an illegal organization. That would sadden me very much..REALLY..it would
EMERSON KNIVES ARE ADDICTIVE....
ONCE YOU START...THE HABIT'S HARD TO KICK...
better start a Emerson re-habitation centre for those hardcore emerson collectors...like John Hollister...with the confiscated stuff sent to me...
anyone interested in working out a re-hab centre for emersonites?
I can provide a store to keep all the "contraband"
