Hey guys. I just got a Junglas, for a steal off of another forum, but it didn't have the sheath. So I am having one made for it. My question is. I would like to be able to put one of the 5-6 Acc. pouches on it, but I don't know what the hole spacing is. Can anybody give me the measurements of the holes, so I can tell the person making it for me what spacing to use.

Thanks,
Tony.

Just occured to me. Do you know what the width is? I didn't think about how wide he might make the sheath, so I suppose I should know the width of the pouch also!

I haven't looked, but I don't think it'll be wide enough to cross the blade.

There are molle panels coming for the junglas, those may help.

Yeah I heard something about those. Is there any real info on them? Or is it something "In the works" that may take awhile to get produced?

If it isn't wide enough, you could get some heavy-duty zip ties and use them on one or both sides of the pouch.

No real info...just that they are like you said "in the works"...

I don't think the pouch will span the width of the Junglas blade (and the wider sheath).

Is the Junglas width from Edge to Spine that much different then say the 6 ? I guess other then length, I thought they would be close to the same.

Well I have some time before the sheath is made. Maybe I'll just buy one, and if the sheath he makes isn't capable of accommadating the correct spacing for the pouch, I can always use it if (When) I get a 5 ;-)

you can always look into Lost Mountain Iron Works sheaths. They have a pretty nice one that fits the junglas, and it has 2 accessory pouches on it.
