Esee Junglas kit

tied one on (both a case of beer and a Maxpedition Cocoon pouch :D ) tonight.

Added the Cocoon pouch to the Junglas sheath. Its filled with heartwood fatwood, Esee firesteel (filled with Petroleum Jelly Cotton Balls), a Kinder Toy "egg" filled with more PJCB and sealed off with duct tape, plus a Storm Whistle and Esee IZULA

Nice add on! I have a couple extra of those Cocoon pouches also and have many times held them up to the Junglas sheath and could tell they would make a perfect add on. Too bad I never tried it before, now I know I will! You can fit quite a bit of stuff inside one of those narrow pouches! Good stuff!!!
 
very cool - you could probably use a smaller whistle and have room for more goodies in there - like a small flashlight, some snare wire or something...

I like how the Maxped pouch fits on the sheath, though!
 
nice kit, I would look for a AMK flat orange whistle ,so you could add more gear ,like a Streamlight micro stream LED & fishing kit & a small file or multitool

while i could put a flat whistle in there, I'm a diehard Storm whistle fan. :D

I will most probably stick my flat whistle in there however, and wear the storm on my jacket zipper.......I got a few other goodies to stuff into the Cocoon pouch still

Its more of a fire kit/chopper than a PSK. My PSK rides on my belt at all times.
 
hmmm.

i bet that kit would ride really nicely on a baldric setup....
