Estwing ax mod?

gentlemen, recently i saw an estwing ax moded to resemble a viking ax but my search has come back negative. is this piece buried in a sticky or was it a stand alone topic? i would like to try my hand at it and would appreciate it if someone could steer me in the right direction.

I would like to have this done to my eastwing also. Looks very cool, someone let me know if they can do it.
