Are there any razor collectors out there who might have some knowledge to share about the "B.J.Eyre & Co."..I know they originated in Germany ( stamped on the case and blade) however the internet turned up very little. This razor came from an estate of an officer of a Quartermaster Co., WW2. Handle is celluloid or bakelite with leafs scrolled on the it. The razor is in very good condition and would appreciate any more knowledge others may have. Thank you for your time and the space, Dale H.

I believe the company name started in Sheffield. Goins' says your mark "B.J. Eyre Co. Germany is circa 1876-1915 and was a trademark of F. Wiebusch.
F. Wiebusch was in New York( again acording to Goins'). Frederick Wiebusch began as an importer about 1874. In 1876 he purchased B. J Eyre of Sheffield. The company became Wiebusch & HIlger after Wiebusch's death in 1893. It is a common razor with a less common handle.
