how is the blade attached to the handle?

This is from a other Knife Farid did made but the method is the same: "I machined a single groove and multiple recesses in the handle, then machined the tang of the blade with a single lug (one 1/4" tooth) that fit the one in the handle perfectly. finally the way the blade was secured in the handle, I used the most powerful slow drying epoxy that is used in British Aerospace Industry to attach the HARRIER JUMP JET fighter aircraft wings to the structure, I use this epoxy in my shop to laminate carbon fibre to titanium or steel, it is so powerful that it can hold 6000Ib per square inch. The cavity and grooves in the handle were filled with the epoxy and the blade and guard fitted and left for one week under high pressure in a jig to obtain full strength. The buttcap thread system is also a separate part that was press fitted, the thread part is made from a high tensile strength stainless."
