Had a great time makin this knife with help from my 17 yr old daughter Sarah. Actually, she was gonna make the knife from start to finish, but she ran out of time. The knife was a birthday present for her boy friend. Anyway, she did cut the blade out and did the filework on the spine. I think she did a great job. Sorry, just had to brag a little bit...she's graduating from high school tonight and I'm proud as I can be.

OK, nuff of that. The knife...ATS-34, 416 dovetailed bolsters, rose sheoak scales, mosaic pins.

Congratulations to you both! You have every right to be proud. That is a beautiful knife. Hope to hear she enjoyed it enough to want to do more.:)
