Got this in the mail today. A father son collab from the knife for a boy thread. Sorry guys if you wanna limit started threads but i wanted to show off :D feel free to move/combine it.

This is my first KFU and i gotta say, after owning a bunch of customs, this has got to be the best value ive ever had. The fit and finish are IMMACULATE! Chris this cant be your first convex brother, because ive seen some from veteran makers that werent near this perfect. Dead center and "sharper than my mother in laws tongue" (trademark jerry fisk). Way to go man, knocked it out of the park, into another park, then out of that park.... Now with some luck, she will see the inside of her first whitetail on monday...

Sweet looking blade clich. The wide blade EDC I got from him was convexed and hair popping sharp as well. I'll be getting another sometime after Christmas...

That antiqued blade makes you wanna run right out and use it too, doesn't it. Love that look.

Wow, you got yours fast! Glad you like it bro. I will be doing many more full convex grinds in the future. It takes longer but I really love a zero ground convexed edge. This was my first full convex Warrior as all my others were flat ground with a convexed edge. I got some good advice from another maker here on the forum and it really helped while I was grinding it. The only issue with the convex is the blade finish. Obviously when sharpening you will remove the lower half. Im going to have to either come up with doing half the blade or just not doing a finish which I don't want to do. Thanks for starting the thread Clich, any and all are welcome here and thanks for the pics, really love the last one ;) I have four kids myself and they all love dads knives. I actually had to make some profiled blanks for my 3 year old so he can feel like one of the older kids. He carries them around in his Camelback that was gifted to ME from Bobo the Gnu. I haven't even been able to use it since it came in the mail!
