Feelin' Groovy

One of my SS Spyderco Police models is on its way to STR for the grooving and sandblasting of the handles, as he has done for a couple of other members' Lavas before. If I was wealthy, well, I am wealthy, but not money-wealthy, I would have it engraved with some righteous design on both sides to improve traction. Otherwise, it needs the STR treatment, which is handsome in its own way.

The knife has already had the swedge sharpened by the master, Tom Krein. This does not show in the picture. Here's the "before" shot:
