I am getting off my tukus and will be ordering a Howling Rat in the next few days, the money from a prevous sale id forthcomming. I cannot wait.....That reminds me, What is the wait?:confused:

HR is a great little knife! Good choise.....I think(but don't quote me:D0) the usual wait is 3-6 weeks.
 
I've got both the Howler and the Bandicoot and I can say that both fill a niche very well. The Howler is a great little knife for all chores, I just got my 'coot so I can only say that the thin profile looks pretty handy.
Either way, Good Choice!! Now lets talk about that funky nylon and plactic sheath...... :p Got leather? ;)

The wait is stated at 3-6 week. Expect to wait longer. From what I understand the Swamp is swamped with military orders. I decided on the Howling Rat myself. Looks to be a great knife.

i'm on the 10th week waiting for my BR:( :eek: and it'll be about two more before I actually get it they said,
i'm sure its worth the weight though:D
 
I thought I had waethered the storm. My money is set aside for the HR to be in the mail but the TW special ogt delayed. It is killing me, I hope it is not that great a deal to put this off again! LOL;)
