Fisher Space Pens - Mars or Millenium?

Does anybody here have any experience of the Mars or Millenium Fisher Space pens?

I see that they are not refillable, but are warrentied not to run out of ink?

What are your thoughts?

Mine just died. I'll let you know if they honor the warranty.
