Fitball Question

Posted this earlier, but now I can't find the thread....trying again.

I want to buy a fitball / Swissball for myself, because I have trouble with my back. I want to sit on it and do some exercises on it. What size should I buy? I am 174 cm tall, 5'8" in the old money. Whats the guide, and should the ball be a different size for working ou than sitting on?

Thanks, but it might be more appropriate in Community or Whine and Cheese, because the W & C guys have an answer for everything. The fitball is one of those bigass balls you can do exercises on for your core. Any takers this time?

I can't tell you what size you need, but I can tell you that when you have one that fits properly your knees should be at a 90^ angle when you're sitting on it.
