This looks to have potential.

I wouldn't want it so heavy that it would be a pain to carry, but it would be nice if they made the Frame/Scales beefy enough that it could be hammered if necessary so you could use the chissel tip to the uttermost, But since it is a prybar, it would be nuts to think they wouldn't make the handles/ frame pins out of some tough stuff.

They should make it a plungelock auto.

Well, it's a folder. I wouldn't use anything that's in two or more parts as a prybar.

Gee, that looks very much like a proto folding pry bar that's been on my bench since last summer. Except mine is a massive framelock with G10 on the front size and 1/4" thick titanium on the lock side with a 1/4" thick 3v blade. I was unsatisfied with the performance of the lock which refuses to stay put when a significant side load is applied. The plunge lock idea mentioned above would be a necessary addition to this tool if it were to function properly.

Honestly , I cant see any folding prybar working in the long term. The physics simply go against any design and you'll have a broken gadget.
Even if one were marketed you would have 300 people on BF looking for ways to make it fail because they have nothing better to do with thier time...
Anyway , what is the point of a folding prybar when a fully functional one can be carried that will not bend/break no matter how much hand force you use.
