45 + or - 1 or 2 made 06 CSC Sleeveboard Ring Opener in stag with A2 blades
47 made 07 CSC Cannitler in mastodon with D2 blades
50 made 08 Northwoods med. Stockman in stag with 1095 blades
113 made 09 Queen Barlow in stag with D2 blades.
Above was edited in as totals are posted. Thanks everyone.
Does anyone know how many of these each year had? I'm pretty sure the first year there were under 100. Heck I am not even sure how many there are for the 09 knife. 115? Anyone have totals?

For the 09 knife, 86 people signed up, but when it came time to finalize, pay, and order, only 50 knives were ordered.

There were over 100 for '09. Musta been '08!!

I'm curious, too of the exact #'s. I believe, so far, there are 4 yrs that it's been done ('06, '07, '08, & '09, with the '10 coming up). I think the 1st 3 yrs were somewhere in the 50-55 ranger per yr (The '08 was 50 apparently) & I thought there were 115 made for '09, but of course, I could be wrong on that one.

FYI, I believe the 1st one was a CSC Sleeveboard in stag with A2 blades, 2nd was a CSC Cannitler in mastodon with D2 blades, 3rd was a Northwoods med. Stockman in stag with 1095 blades, & the 4th was/is a Queen Barlow in stag with D2 blades.

I've always refered to the first 06 knife as a ring opener. Is sleeveboard the correct name for it? Thanks for listing each year and there styles.

I think alot of the difference in the number of 09 knives ordered versus earlier years is the cost. I forget what the earlier knives cost, but I think they were too rich for my blood.

db, it's actually a sleeveboard ring opener (sleevboard's the shape). I don't recall the numbers on that knife either, but I think it was somewhere around 50-60. The '07 knife (cannitler) had a production of 47 pieces.

So...

'06: Unknown still.
'07: 47
'08: 50
'09: I said 115, but I could be wrong as I don't think anyone's confirmed this.

I think the higher # of '09 knives was to bring the price down below $100, whereas if we had less than 100 knives made, I think that would've added $5-10 per knife, IIRC, putting it over $100.

The '07 knife was $89+shipping, I think ($95 total?). I forget what the '07 originally cost, but I think it was under $100 (I want to say around $90). I have no clue what the '06 cost, although I have seen 1 or 2 go for under $100 NIB, IIRC.

Huh, man my memory stinks. It's amazing that a couple of years ago I considered that EXPENSIVE.

I wholeheartedly agree. I remember when I got in on the '07 knife, right at the last moment, & at that time, that was way more than I had spent on a slip-joint up to that point. I got lucky & picked up the '07 knife for $85, I think, right after that.

It's amazing what time does to you, doesn't it? Well, it does to my mind, anyways, lol.

If I remember correctly the 06 was pretty close to around $87 shipped. But then again maybe there were 87 knives made.:) :) cann't remeber for sure.

I am pretty sure you are correct at 87 shipped.

All of them have run about 100.00 less.

I have 112 of the 09 knives. +1 that we are sending to Ed T. 113 total.
There were 45 or the 06 knives ordered give or take one or two.

Thanks Gus truthfully I'm a litttle surprised I really thought the 06 had more than that.
