The man in the brown truck just delivered my Spyderco Forum Military. This thing is cool. The Spyder inlay on the handle looks very good. If you want one of these babies you better call the Spyderco Factory Outlet soon. I am sure these things will sell out quickly.

They are all plainedge and they are only making 500. The first 200 go to the Collector's Club if they want them. They are $125 each. Great looking knife. Thanks Sal and Spyderco!

Mine arrived today too, it's #12, that was a bit of a pleasant surprise, I assumed I'd gat a much higher number. Thanks Spyderco folks for this great knife!!

I talked to Patti yesterday and put in my order for #42

. I think there were a few of us on standby for another that got one that was sent back for "bug fixin'"

There are a good many more that will be available, just slightly different, call SFO and get yourself one
 
Since these were so "secretive", besides the "bug" in the handle, what's the difference in these and an ordinary Military?

There is a limited # of the 500 that have Spyderco Forum 2000 on them, I think the first 100, but I'm not sure.

Yes, looks wonderfull. The only problem is that: you wait for it, you receive it, you like it, you would to show it all over the world. Then, scared to damage in any way...you close it in a drawer.
Sed but true. It happens with the 95%b of my Spydies.

Not "secretive" at all. The knife was originally developed by and for the members of Spyderco's own forum and the initial run was first offered to those who had expressed an interest over there.
