Forumite having trouble accessing site

A forumite with the username Spraynpray123 contacted me and requested I post a thread about this. He registered either the 4th or 6th of January (2004) and when I asked him about receiving his activation code he responded that he never got one. When trying to view pages he receives the message You do not have permission to access this page. Is there a problem with his username? He tried emailing you a few times but got no response so he contacted me. He can be reached at spraynpray123@yahoo.com Thanks for your time.
 
When you register you get emailed an activation code. Until you use that code to activate your account you're not registered and can't do anything. Sounds like he mistyped his email address, or yahoo lost his mail or something.... He needs to start over.
 
Yep, if he doesn't activate his profile, he can't have access. I re-emailed him his activation codes.
