Franklin Fixed Blade with stag Handle

Anyone hear of this Maker?Franklin is on the
blade and i think it is an Older knife.I'm
in Kentucky if that helps.It is supposed to
be the 4th knife he made and my friend got
it in trade on some blackpowder guns,Wayne.
