Someone took three little informal digital video shots of me doing some simple trick throws and posted them at cess.wcu.edu/throwing. (When I typed in the "www." in front of it, I got an error message, so you might have to make sure it's not there.) You can play them on Quicktime, which is available for free download if you don't have it. It takes a couple of minutes to load each of the videos, at least on my slow connection.
Probably what I am doing on the videos is only possible using my style of throwing (non-rotating), so it's likely you've never seen anything quite like them. The first one is an ambidextrous combination, left, then right handed. The second is a flying 360 spin throw from a wraparound toss. The third is an underhand throw while running, followed by a running 360 spin throw. The target is an oak post about four inches wide. If you want to see them, hurry -- these can only be left online for a few days. I am hoping that within the next few months I will be able to post permanent ones, and better quality. And maybe even do an instructional video.
