For Sale: Shane Sibert Pathfinder TAD Gear 10th Anniversary Model

This was from a run of 10 knives for TAD Gear in May of 2007. There were 5 done with premier grade satin finish and 5 with field grade blasted finish. Below is some information that Shane posted about the knife at the CK&G forum before its release.
New light weight canyoneering/rafting/hiking knives just arrived at TAD gear...the "Pathfinder"
5/32" thick S30V
Light but strong hidden tang that is secured by a 2 piece fused micarta handle, compressed together with 3/8" titanium tubing.
4" cutting edge and about 9 1/2" overall.
This knife has never been carried or used, which is why Im selling it. I just dont keep what Im not going to use anymore. You can just see the seam on the handle in one of the pictures below. You sure cant feel it though, the fit is perfect.
There are some light rub marks on the guard from the sheath. Regarding the sheath - its retention is excellent, as one would expect from Survival Sheath Systems, but the hold comes more from friction on the flats of the blade than Ive seen on other Sibert knives with Robs sheathwork. As such, youll end up with little flecks of kydex on the blade after it goes in and out a few times. Its nothing you cant take off with a little soap and water or an alcohol swab, but I just wanted the buyer to be aware of it beforehand in case they want to keep it in unused condition. Large Teklok is included.
Also, this very knife was shown on the inside cover of the Summer/Fall 2007 issue of Taktische Messer, a special edition of the German publication Messer Magazin that did a feature article on Shane. They solicited photos of his knives at the CK&G forum. I sent one in and they used it. Please note that the magazine is not included with the purchase of the knife.
Original price from TAD Gear was $399. Im asking $370 shipped.
