Getting an Omega refurbished

I am trying to do my father a favor as all of his attempts have failed. He has an older Omega Speedmaster Pro and it needs some serious work. He's had it for as long as I can remember and he used to wear it all the time but it became so worn that he put it away. The hands have faded, the face is faded, the glass is hazy and scratched, and the outside dial is a bit rough. He contacted a few places and no one can help, he even sent it out to a place that thought they could only to have it sent back in the same condition.

Anyone know anything about this watch or what can be done to refurbish it?

Jack Freedman at Superior Watch is the best. He restored my grandfather's early 60's vintage Seamaster DeVille to like new condition.
