Gold Membership Help!!!

At the end of May I chose to upgrade my membership to Gold. I used the upgrade highlight at the top of the forum. Unfortunately, I chose the Gold Membership for 30.00 instead of upgrading my current membership for 20.00. Anyway, on June 1st my account was charged the 30.00 fee and as of yet my membership still has not been changed to gold.
I have contacted a moderator for advice and he told me to contact Spark. I have written an email approximately 10 days ago to Spark and have not received a response. I have also sent an email to "Contact Us" on the bottom of this site and did not get a response from there either. I don't care about the 10 bucks I could have saved I just want my membership upgraded. Any ideas??
 
Spark gets deluged with email. The way to reach him is to post in the Service & Support forum. I'll move this thread there for you.
 
Sorry, someone screwed up on our end. You've been activated as of today, and I added 10 days extra for free.
