Gory court case - over in "Tactical"

I was surfing for knife law court cases, and had to pick them out of some awful stuff. In the process, I found one that doesn't say a lot about knife law, but does give one pause concerning the "stopping power" of a knife.

Now I won't scoff a much over those grand old operas where some character is fatally stabbed and then sings a long aria before falling down as the curtain closes.
