I received the large fighter from R.W. Clark today, 14.5" OAL, 9 1/4" blade, SS bolster, black micarta with red liner . This is the cousin to the one Kodiak is getting. Not bad for my first large style custom knife. Great knife Ron. Blade Tech did a great job on the sheath.

Hi Ed,
Looks great. Ron is a fantastic maker, isn't he.

Tell us more about your knife. Ron should be sending mine out any day now.

Ahhhh.... so very wicked and nice.

I have gotten three of Ron's knives and am happy with every one. We're going to work on another soon. This particular blade raises the bar!

Thanks for the picture...are you carrying that inverted with the Kydex/Concealex???

The knife is balanced behind the hilt. The knife feels hefty & solid. The knife is very secure in the sheath. A cross draw sheath might be more viable for a knife this size.

Ed,
The joy of a TekLok is that it may be configured in any way you prefer. By simply removing the two screws and moving around the lock you can completely change how it carries. You can switch in just a few minutes from standard to low ride, high ride, left side, right side inverted, SOB, IWB, cross draw, you name it.

Thats why these TekLoks are so great.

Play with the Lok for awhile, you will find ways to attach it that may blow your mind. I know on my Model 10 that there are something like 80 differant ways to attach it. I didn't even attempt to count them on that sheath.
