I sent my 710 in for spring repair and got it back today, good as new. Benchmade's customer service is good, i didn't have to pay for the repairs or return shipping and got the knife back within four weeks (check my location). In the four weeks it has been away i have bought four or five new folders, so now comes the task of figuring out which i'm going to carry/ working out a rotation.
