Got an Izula! Came home and wrapped it right away! My first wrap job! I had extra cord and was trying to figure out how to finish it off. I ended up tying a lanyard knot at the end of the handle. The knot actually allows for a little better grip.

Do you guys use TUF-GLIDE or something similar to prevent rust on your ESEE knives?

It's a great little knife! :D

Welcome to the very addicting craze known as ESEE knives, I just succumbed this week and npow that you've let it get a foot hold into your life it will only get worse.

Cool handle wrap and again, welcome to the party

Thanks for the comments guys! Glad you like it!

How do you guys start a dual-colored paracord wrap? I'm wanting to do OD and Orange.

I started mine by melting the ends of the paracord a little with a lighter and then holding them together (end to end) until they cooled. Then I ran it through the handle and kept the melted connection in the middle and covered it up as I weaved the paracord back and forth.

Yeah uh huh YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!!

black and yellow.........

Sexy dude. I got my izzie about a week ago and wrapped it right up. I have yet to get some pics up...

Nice blade man, i like the color combo.

And yes, i use tuf-glide on my blade sometimes. other times ill just use mineral or rem oil

CONGRATS! Sweet looking Izula and wrap man! :)
I just ordered an Izzie tonight, but got the II with scales, so it probably won't get wrapped. I could always get another one though.
WAIT! What am I saying?

I like the black Izzy. I might end up with one. My blaze orange Izula is not the most discrete knife I've ever owned. With urban survival it is better to not stand out.

Very nice. Congrats on your Izula, I like how you tied the end. Good job!

Congrats on your first ESEE and new Izula! By the way, it's all downhill from here, just send Jeff and Mike your bank acct and routing number so they can make with-drawls every time they come out with something new!:D You really don't have to worry about rust. If you take it out and use it, get it all wet, just wipe it off and your good to go. Congrats again and welcome!!!
