Kelty Redwing 2900

This is actually my very first backpack. This thing is loaded with pockets, compartments, loops and fasteners. It doesn't seem as large as I thought it would be, but instead seems just the right size. It has an internal frame (2 aluminum bars), and is well-padded where it needs to be.

Styling and design seem top notch and practical. The construction is hefty.

I'm thinking this $90 pack will be the only one I will ever need.

Your Kelty was a smart purchase. They make some fine products. We own 2 Redcloud 6400's. They allow us to carry enough stuff for a 1-2 month trip. After 5 years of rugged use they both still look like new. Congratulations!!

I traded for a Kelty here at the forums from Miguet. What a pack! I never thought a backpack could be like this! It's been on 2 campouts and a half dozen trips, and always handles all the gear I need and then some. Good choice!
