got my darrel ralph mini maxx (4"blade, not really mini lol) spearpoint talonite blade w/CF handles,2 tone blade, #3 by the way, today - got it from bladeart

wow, am impressed w/it, had to choose between the ralph and a TNT (sorry tom) and it was very close, but just kept coming back to the maxx

i'm pretty hard to please, usually i'll get a knife and go 'whats the big deal" when i get it, not this one........

workmanship/lockup/materials all first rate, and rides well in pocket too - flippers work great also - and that talonite is SHARP let me tell ya, no need to 'touch up' this one

imho a helluva knife, will write a proper review in a few wks, but it looks like the bomb so far........

still might have to get a cuda/maxx, just for grins though.....

i am gonna carry this one, ya only live once right??

the only prob w/it is when ya carry like i like to w/the knife clipped in the back part of your front pocket,wedged against the back part of the pocket in the crease, the flippers will dig into your leg when seated/driving

had to practice drawing it a bit cuz i hadda move it forward in the pocket a little, but not a big deal - wonder if the cuda maxx would do the same? probably

a great knife though, wow, what workmanship, way to go darrel!! and i am gonna get a cuda maxx too, ASAP, prob this month if i can find one....
