This is the last bit of cutting the Howler had to do over the holiday weekend. We cooked a 120 lb. pig for Christmas and my brothers-in-law and myself cut up the whole pig. An INFIcoot got in on the action and both went through hide and bone with ease. I pounded the 'Coot through a few bones with only a little marking on the tip. The Howler did the same job. These ribs will make lunch a couple days next week. I twisted and pried with both knives and all I got was the desired response, the joint popped or the bone cracked. I didn't worry about the tip breaking and now I never will. Great job by some workhorse Swamp Rats. The brothers-in-law were impressed with the little boogers too.
