Over the past few years I've bought a few products from Mike Gallagher and ABC Discount Knives.
Most of the purchases were the quality I demanded at the discount price I wanted.
I recently got a small knife that just wasn't right....blade wasn't centered and developed a wobble after I tried loosening and re-setting it.
Without hesitation Mike took it back to send to the manufactorer for repair.
It took a few weeks, and it came back with the same problem.
He then offered to exchange it for a brand-new, perfect condition product..which I got within 3 days of speaking with him on the telephone.
He took care of my problem, and left me wanting to buy more of his offerings knowing he stands by his customers!
