Greek apprenticeship enquiry

Hi All!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this request - I've tried the European forum.

I'm going to Greece this year June-August and have feelers out (being a novice knifemaker) for a knifemaker I can study under, or just help out in their shop to learn a little. We're concentrating on Crete as it's well known for weapons. Can anyone here recommend a maker or route of enquiry?

Kallisti, I dont show anything for Crete, but there is one in Athens. Person by the name of, Ioannis-Minas Filippou, Athens 17122. That's all it shows.
