Guadalupe Forge Fall Hammer-In & Knifemakers Rendezvous

The final agenda is put together for the Guadalupe Forge Fall Hammer-In & Knifemakers Rendezvous on Sept. 21-22 and my shop in New Braunfels, Texas. The instructors are Mastersmiths Harvey Dean and Bailey Bradshaw, Bladesmith J.W. Randall, Master Machinist Larry Davidson, and myself.

Tuition is $150.00 for the weekend, the 1st 30 applicants will be accepted. If you aren't on the mailing list, contact me direct at jlstout@stoutknives.com, or phone 830-606-4067 for an application.

Is there a required skill level to attend? I only get a chance to do a bit, and am taking the first baby steps in smithing.

KAl, there are no requirements other than wanting to have a great weekend, and see, learn, and improve upon the skills that you already have. We have students that have never attempted to make a knife.. also Mastersmiths that are here to share their knowledge with other makers.
