Hello all,

I was curious if anyone knows how well the hammered silver coating holds up compared to a regular coating like black or tanker gray? I like how slick it is, but don't know about its durability. Thanks!

I must have had my head in the sand, does anyone have pictures of the hammered silver coating?

It's a great choice for bruiser g10. I have not used it though...

... however, due to the identical texture pattern and smooth sheen, I suspect it will wear about the same as Moss Green, which is a pretty tough coating I have used a lot. ;)

On the two examples of the hammered silver I have, the coating is a fair bit thinner than any of the moss green I have. The moss green is really thick compared to anything else I've ever seen coming out of the Busse shops, but the hammered silver IS similar in texture, gloss, and feel. Just not as thick.
