Handles?

Does any one know where I can buy handles like the one pictured?If not,what would be a durable non slip when wet handle material to use?

P.S. I have never seen that handle but assume it is a soft rubber and not hard plastic.

Thats probably neoprene. You can buy it from most knife supply companies like K&G or Jantz. Not sure if they have blaze orange tho.
