    We're having both turkey (whole bird) and ham (bone in)

    F Dick Superior series 12" slicer for the turkey
    RH Forschner 10" Rosewood series slicer with granton edge for the ham
    F Dick 7" forged fork

    Since I didn't have a carver I used a new bread knife. Worked fine.
