Harbor Freight Bandsaw modification

Here are some photos (15) of the mod I built for the Harbor Freight bandsaw. I wanted to be able to set the saw on my work bench and work at a comfortable height. Also wanted to be able to store the saw without taking up much room. It works fine on both accounts. Hope this helps thoes who have or intend to have this model of bandsaw.

G2,kinda neat.One thing I did on mine to cut noise down was to replace the oem table w/a piece of 1/8"mild steel plate.Cuts much quieter now.

Glenn, that's a great way to install the saw! You're quite a fabricator, it's always a pleasure and inspiration to see how you get your tools to fit your needs.

Nice job! I've modified mine some but nothing as ambitious as your bench stand. I really like your modification. Thanks for sharing it.
