Has Anyone Else Has Problems With Knifezilla

I'VE EMAILED THEM ABOUT 6 TIMES, ABOUT AN ORDER OF TWO JAGS AND HE HASN'T RESPONDED TO ONE ITS JAN 6 2002, I ORDERED ON DECEMBER 14 2001, I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND ALL. WOULDN'T BUG ME IF THERE WAS A MIX UP BUT I'VE EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES.
 
ive ordered a couple times from them and havent had any trouble
infact I called them once just to check on the status of an order and was greeted by a friendly and helpful person on the other side, a josh if I remember correctly. Id defintely reccomend calling instead.
 
Ordered the PC Weehawk last week, and it came in the mail in 2 days. No problems that I'm aware of. Have you tried his email? Email me for info. Thanks.
 
Chris, Josh is Knifezilla, aka PVknife, aka Blade Auction. Don't worry, you will be taken care of. He has a family emergency at the moment. Please give him some slack for a couple of weeks.
 
I've ordered a few knives from Josh -- only one problem -- one was sent to the correct street address, but wrong city. Problem was resolved -- he even sent a pic of the returned package and himself with a red face !! He'll make it right.
 
I just recieved my xtreme sheath and BM toolkit on friday. I ordered it on the 26th so I think it came pretty fast. They even included one of those little butterfly knife keychains. Overall, great service.

I also emailed him on Thursday to try and get a tracking number for UPS and never got a reply but since it's here it doesn't matter.
 
YEAH WELL THERE HAS STILL BEEN NO RESPONSE TO A FEW MORE EMAILS I THNK I'M GONNA GIVE HIM A CALL, WHAT SORT OF FAMILY EMERGENCY IS THERE,. ITS BEEN A LONG WHILE THE 14TH OF DECEMBER.
 
I agree with the others. I have had a few orders from them and I recieved them all in less than 5 days.
 
I've ordered once before, and the knife showed up with no problem.
I am waiting another one now, but I haven't seen it yet. I've been naging him some time (not to be mean, of course), and he tells me to keep cool. I just heard back from him, and he was going to check some shipping dates, and try to track it down for me. What a great guy! :D
 
I got a knife from him on blade auction once. everything worked out smooth, but it took forever and a day to get to me. I think it's becuase he ships first class mail instead of priority. When it arrived it was well packed, and exactly as described though, well worth the wait.
 
Chris -- I just noticed that your address is in Canada. Maybe customs got them and hasn't returned them to Josh, yet. He may not have any info on your order other than a shipping date. Since 9/11 our mail, particularly around the East coast has been sporadic and unpredictable. I sincerely trust Josh and beleive your problem will be resolved. Shipping Balis to Canada can be a real problem.
 
Give Josh a call.., there is a prolonged family situation that may have effected your transaction unfortunately, but try calling the number you have.., and if you can't reach Josh.., I can...so email me...
